General Information

Have you ever ordered something small and paid more for shipping and handling than the actual item cost? Or worse, ordered something with "FREE" shipping only to realize the total cost was much higher than you found it somewhere else?

Our goal at National Police Supply is to ship as quickly and economically as possible without heavily inflated shipping charges.

Standard Delivery

To keep our rates low, we primarily use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which generally delivers within 2-3 business days. This chart indicates the maximum amount that will be added to your order. In the event you have ordered a lightweight item, and we can get it shipped to you for less, we will.

Exceptions to the Above Rates

As you might expect, some items are outside the scope of a shipping table. Examples include metal detectors, targets and other extremely heavy items. If you place an order for these types of items, we will contact you with a shipping quote.

• Faster Delivery. Express Delivery (1-2 business days), Expedited Delivery (3 business days) and Next Day & Saturday Delivery (where available) are separately quoted based on shipment weight and destination. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for a quote or indicate express delivery in the notes section of your order during checkout.
• Ammunition. All orders for, or including, ammunition will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Prior to shipment you will be contacted regarding the final shipping charge for your order.
  
  Ammunition orders without a valid ammunition statement on file will be sent with "Adult Signature Required" for an additional $5 charge. Please make arrangements to receive the package as UPS will make only 3 delivery attempts before shipping your order back to us. In the event that your package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
• International Orders. We prefer to err on the safe side of complicated U.S. trade regulations and export restrictions to international destinations.
  
  Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept international orders. Case-by-case exceptions may be made on some non-military items to certain countries, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Inquiries should be made by contacting us.
  
  Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs duties or fees.
• Will Call Orders. We are located in Vista, California, in the northern part of San Diego County. Our offices and warehouse are not a retail facility; however, if you live locally, you are welcome to place an order for "will call" pickup to save on shipping charges.
  
  Please call ahead of your arrival so we know when to expect you.

APO/FPO Orders (Deployed U.S. Military)

Thank you for your service to our country!

APO/FPO orders to our men and women in uniform are extremely important to us. Generally speaking, we treat deliveries to APO/FPO addresses as domestic packages and ship through the U.S. Postal Service at the standard rates indicated above.

When completing your shipping address during checkout, please make note of the following:

1. The city must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
2. The state selected must be either "Armed Forces Africa," "Armed Forces Americas", "Armed Forces Canada", "Armed Forces Europa", "Armed Forces Middle East" or "Armed Forces Pacific"
3. You must enter your ZIP Code.
4. Always remember to enter your full name, grade and PSC or unit number.

Please note that, unfortunately, we are not able to supply tracking numbers to APO/FPO address.
