SERVICE

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. To prove it, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the item.

A return authorization number is not needed, but we do require two things:

  1. That the item and original packaging be in new condition with no evidence of use, and include all accessories and literature.
  2. That the return be made within 30 days of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of any returned item in used or damaged condition and return the item to the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

Fill out and include a copy of our Return Merchandise Form, and send returns and exchanges to:

For your protection, we recommend that you send the package using a carrier that is able to confirm delivery, and insure your package for its full value. We are not responsible for lost return shipments, or return shipping damage. Retain your shipping receipt to make a claim with the carrier if needed.

COD shipments are not accepted.

If we made a mistake on your order, call us immediately at (760) 599-4410 or contact us online to correct the situation. Your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. We will re-ship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge.

If you need a faster exchange, you may place a new order for the desired item, and then send back your previously delivered item as a return.

Free shipping offers only apply to the first purchase and not exchanges thereafter. Exchanges will incur shipping charges on the replacement item. Any order returned to us due to an undeliverable address will incur shipping charges on the subsequent shipment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of ammunition for safety reasons. Closeout merchandise is also not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product was damaged in shipment, call us immediately at (760) 599-4410 or contact us online to correct the situation. Be sure to retain the packaging, including both the shipping box and packing material.

If you discover a defect in an item that you have not used, fill out and include a copy of our Return Merchandise Form and return it to us within 30 days from the date of your order. Once we have received it and verified both the condition of the item and the defect, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

If you discover a defect in an item that you have used, send the item directly back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. You will get the properly functioning product back much faster. Refer to the next section for warranty information.

Warranty

National Police Supply, LLC does not offer any warranty on any product. By law, manufacturers are responsible for all warranties they offer with their products. In most cases we will provide the customer the means to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.

Refunds

If you paid by credit card, a refund will be remitted to your credit card account. If you paid by PayPal, a refund will be remitted to your PayPal account. If you paid by any other means, a refund will be remitted to you via company check.

Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt to process returned merchandise and issue a refund.

Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, whether you paid for shipping or not.

Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the retail value of returned merchandise which, at our discretion, is determined to be used, damaged or not in resalable condition.

We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the retail value of special order items, even if cancelled by the customer prior to shipment.
